18. Quick Reference Guide

This section provides a task-oriented overview of core features in the BhuMeet Web Application. It helps Drone Service Providers (DSPs) and team members quickly locate the relevant screen, function, or workflow without reading through full chapters.

User Onboarding and Login

Task Action
Sign up as a DSP Visit registration URL → Fill form → Submit → Activate account
Log in Use registered email/mobile and password
Forgot Password Click “Forgot Password” on login screen → Follow OTP reset steps

Dashboard Navigation

Widget/Section Purpose
My Teams View/add/edit/delete team members (admins/managers)
My Requests View status of all customer requests
Revenue View summary of total revenue from paid requests
Profile Manage personal/company info, invoices, and security settings

Managing Profile and Account

Action Navigation Details
Update name, number, password Profile → My Profile Edit and save changes using “Edit” links and dialogs
Update company name or address Profile → My Profile Update in Company Details section
Download DSP QR Code Profile → Additional Features Used by pilots to scan and join DSP
Enable/Disable OTP for completion Profile → Additional Features Controls OTP requirement on order completion

Team Management

Action Navigation Steps
Add new team member My Teams → + Add New Enter details, select role and location, then click Add
Edit team member My Teams → ⋮ → Edit Update fields and save
Delete team member My Teams → ⋮ → Delete Confirm deletion in warning dialog

Customer Management

View all customers Customers Displays name, contact, and service stats
View customer details Click customer row Opens side panel with profile and request history
Import customers in bulk Customers → Import icon Upload .xls file with customer records

Request Management

Create a new request My Requests → + Create Request Enter customer details, select crop, area, and schedule
View request details Click request row Opens complete request data and status logs
Mark request as Completed Pilot app only Pilot confirms; reflected in DSP web app automatically
Mark request as Paid Pilot app only Pilot confirms payment received; reflected in DSP portal

Finance and Revenue
