“BhuMeet Dashboard: Elevating Drone Service Management with Clarity and Control”
The BhuMeet Dashboard is designed to give you a clear and organised overview of your drone services, service requests, and key metrics. With easy navigation and real-time insights, managing your operations becomes smooth and efficient.
Key Components of the Dashboard
3.1 Menu
Side Menu – Quick Access to Features
On the left side of the screen, you will find the main navigation menu. This menu helps you access different sections of the application:

3.2 User & Notification
User & Notification Controls
At the top right corner of the dashboard, you will find:
- User Profile – Click your username to access your Profile or Logout.
- 🔔 Notifications – Stay updated on important service requests and alerts.
How to Access Notifications:
- Click the 🔔 icon at the top-right corner.
- A pop-up window will show your latest notifications.
- Each notification includes details like request type, sender, and time.
- Use the “View Request” link to check the service details.
- Click “Clear All” to remove all notifications.

Dashboard Widgets – Instant Insights
The dashboard displays various widgets that show important data at a glance:
- Revenue – View your total earnings with a trend graph.
- Requests – Shows the total number of service requests. Clicking it takes you to request details.
- Pilots – Displays the number of available pilots. Click to manage them.
- Drones – Shows the number of drones in use. Click to manage drone details.
- Customers – Lists the total number of customers. Click to view detailed profiles.
- Total Services – Displays the number of services provided.
- Locations – Shows the number of service areas covered.
- My Team – Lists your team members with management options.
Click on any widget to access detailed information and make updates.
Visual Reports – Data in Action
To help you track performance, BhuMeet offers graphical reports:
- Revenue & Requests Charts – Line graphs showing financial and operational trends.
- Request Status Pie Chart – Displays the percentage of Accepted, In Progress, and Completed requests.
- Order Graph – A bar graph showing daily service orders. You can filter by service type.
- Resource Utilization – A graph tracking drone and pilot usage over time.

Recent Requests – Quick Service Tracking
A table of recent service requests allows you to monitor ongoing tasks:

3.3 User Options
In the top right corner, you’ll see your logged-in username. Click on it to access options like Profile and Logout.
Clicking on “Profile” will take you to the profile page. Selecting the “Logout” option will log you out of the BhuMeet Web application.
3.4 Notifications
The Notifications feature in the BhuMeet Web application is designed to keep you updated on all important activities related to your service requests. Notifications are displayed in a pop-up window and are easily accessible by clicking the bell icon at the top-right corner of the interface. As shown
Accessing Notifications
- Opening Notifications:
- Click on the bell icon at the screen’s top-right corner.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying a list of your recent notifications.
- Notification Content:
- Each notification will provide details about the type of service requested, the sender, and the time the request was received.
- For example, notifications might read, “New request received! Hey, you just received a new spraying service from [User Name]. Check the request and take necessary action.”
- Managing Notifications:
- View Request: Each notification includes a View Request link. Clicking on this link will take you directly to the details of the respective service request.
- Clear All: To clear all notifications from the list, click on the Clear All button at the top of the pop-up window.
Best Practices
- Regularly check notifications to stay updated on incoming service requests.
- Use the View Request link promptly to address new tasks and manage service requests efficiently.
3.5 Company Information
In the top center of the screen, your company name is displayed along with a warm welcome message.
3.6 Widgets
Below your company information, you’ll find various widgets displaying statistics and information related to your services:
1. Revenue Widget:
- Shows total revenue earned up to the Current date.
- Provides a visual representation of revenue over time.
2. Requests Widget: 
- Displays the number of requests processed up to the Current date.
- On clicking the widget, the My Request page opens, allowing you to filter and view detailed information about requests.
3. Pilot Widget:
- Indicates the number of pilots available.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the Pilots page, providing options to manage and add new pilots.
4. Drone Widget: 
- Displays the total number of drones available.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the Drones page, providing options to manage and add new drones.
5. Customer Widget: 
- Shows the total number of customers.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the Customer Information page, providing options to view customer information.
6. Total Services Widget: 
- Indicates the number of services provided.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the Services page, providing options to manage and add new services.
7. Locations Widget: 
- Displays the number of locations covered.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the My Location page, providing options to manage and add new locations.
8. My Team Widget: 
- Shows the number of team members.
- On clicking the widget, it opens the My Teams page, providing options to view and manage team members.
