2. ACCOUNT SETUP, LOGIN, AND ONBOARDING
2.1 Overview
2.2 Access the BhuMeet
Supported Browsers

Access Instructions
- Open your web browser.
- Enter the official BhuMeet application URL (https://app.bhumeet.in/login ).
- The Login Landing Page
Browser loads URL → Login screen appears automatically.
2.3 Log In
2.3.1 Logging In – Step-by-Step
- In the Email ID field, enter your registered email address.
- If the format is incorrect, the system displays:
“Enter valid email”
- If the format is incorrect, the system displays:
- In the Password field, enter your account password.
- Select the eye icon to toggle visibility if needed.
3. Select Login.
The Login button becomes active only when both fields contain values.
2.3.2 System Responses

2.3.3 Login Screen Transition

2.4 Forgot Password
2.4.1 Step 1 – Open Password Recovery
1. Select forgot password? on the Login screen.

2.4.2 Step 2 – Enter Registered Email
1. Enter your registered email address.
3. Select Reset password.
4. This will send Password Reset OTP to your E-mail id.

2.4.3 Step 3 – Enter OTP and Reset Password
BhuMeet displays a single Reset Password modal that combines OTP verification and password creation.
Step-by-Step
- In the E-mail OTP field, enter the 6-digit OTP received in your email inbox.
- In the New Password field, enter your new password.
- In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the same password.
- Select Update to complete the reset.
Validation & System Feedback
- If the OTP is incorrect or expired, the system displays an error.
- If the passwords do not match or do not meet requirements, the system highlights the specific rule.
- You may select Cancel to return to the Login screen without making changes.
Password Requirements
Your new password must meet all criteria:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
- Includes at least one number
- Includes at least one special character
Reset Password Modal → Login Page
(You may now log in using the newly updated password.)
2.5 Creating a New BhuMeet Account
New users must complete a three-step registration process involving email verification, mobile number verification, and secure password creation.
To begin, select Sign up on the Login screen.

2.6 Sign-Up Process
2.6.1 Step 1 – Email Verification
Step-by-Step
1. Enter your email address.
2. Select Send OTP.
Email Entry Screen → Email OTP Entry Screen
3. Enter the 6-digit OTP.
4. Select Verify.
System Feedback
- Enter a valid email address
- Email is required
- Incorrect OTP
- OTP verified successfully
Upon success, the system returns to the signup page with the email field locked and marked with a green indicator.
2.6.2 Step 2 – Mobile Number Verification
1. Select your country code.
2. Enter your mobile number.
3. Select Send OTP.

4. Enter the OTP received via SMS.
5. Select Verify.
System Feedback
- Mobile number is required
- Incorrect OTP
Upon success, the mobile field becomes locked and marked with a green indicator.
2.6.3 Step 3 – User Details & Password Creation
Fields
- First Name
- Last Name
- Verified Email (read-only)
- Verified Mobile (read-only)
- Password
- Confirm Password
Step-by-Step
- Enter your first and last name.
- Review pre-filled verified email and mobile number.
- Enter password.
- Re-enter password.
The Continue button activates only when:
- All mandatory fields are completed
- Password meets the criteria
- Password and confirmation match
5. Select Continue.

2.7 Onboarding Wizard Overview
After successful sign-up, When you log in to the system for the first time it launches a 5-step onboarding wizard.
Steps:
- Company Details
- Service Location
- Add Drone
- Add Pilot
- Add Crop
Navigation panel on the left indicates current step and progress.

2.8 Detailed Onboarding Steps
2.8.1 Step 1 – Company Details
Fields
- Company/Business Name
- Country
- State / Region / Province
- City
- Business Tax ID (optional)
Step-by-Step
- Enter company name.
- Select country.
- Select state/region.
- Select city.
- Enter tax ID (optional).
- Select Next.
7. This will show Company Details Message Saying company details are Added Successfully.
Click on Continue to adding Service location Next.

2.8.2 Step 2 – Service Location
Fields
- Primary service location (city)
Step-by-Step
- Type the location name in the search field.
The system displays a list of matching locations based on the country code selected during mobile number verification. - Select the correct location from the suggestion list.
- Review the system note displayed below the field:
“The default service radius is 100 km for this location.”
You may modify service locations later from the Location module.
4. Select Next to continue.
5. The system saves the selected location and displays a success confirmation:
“Location added successfully.”

2.8.3 Step 3 – Add Drone
Fields
- Drone Name
- Drone Model
- Manufacturer
- Drone Type
- Battery Capacity
- Endurance
- Tank Capacity
- Certification (Yes/No)
- Drone ID
Step-by-Step
Enter all drone details
2. Select Next to continue.
3. The system saves the Drone Details and displays a success confirmation:
“Drone added successfully.”
Add Drone Screen → Success Popup → Add Pilot Screen
2.8.4 Step 4 – Add Pilot
Two workflows are possible.
Workflow A – Add Pilot Manually
Fields
- First Name
- Last Name
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Licence Number
Step-by-Step
- Enter all pilot details.
2. Select Next to continue.
3. The system saves the Pilot Details and displays a success confirmation:
“Pilot added successfully.”
Workflow B – I Also Work as Pilot
- Enable toggle I also work as pilot.
- Pilot form collapses automatically.
- Review note: “You can add more pilots from dashboard.”
4. Select Next to Continue.

2.8.5 Step 5 – Add Crop
Fields
- Crop Name
- Spraying Price
Step-by-Step
- Select crop from the list.
- Enter spraying price.
3. Select Add Crop.
4. Crop appears as a tag.
5. Repeat as needed.
6. Select Next to complete Profile.
7. The system saves the Crop Details and displays a success confirmation:
“Profile Complete.”

2.9 Dashboard Access
After onboarding is complete, the user is redirected to the Dashboard.
Dashboard components include:
- Account trial period
- Revenue insights
- Requests
- Drones
- Pilots
- Services
- Customers
- Locations
- My Team
- Charts and summaries
2.10 Best Practices for Global Users
- Use updated browsers for consistent performance.
- Ensure email and mobile services support OTP delivery.
- Enter accurate company and regulatory details as required in your region.
- Add additional drones, pilots, locations, and crops anytime after onboarding.
- Keep login credentials secure using strong password practices.
