13. Acreage

The Acreage module provides analytical insights into spraying coverage completed through the BhuMeet platform. It allows Drone Service Providers (DSPs) to monitor operational performance by analyzing acreage trends across pilots, locations, crops, and drones.

The Acreage dashboard displays graphical analytics that help users understand how spraying operations evolve over time. These visualizations assist administrators and operational managers in identifying productivity trends, evaluating resource utilization, and planning service capacity.

All acreage metrics displayed in this module are calculated using Paid Orders only, ensuring that analytics represent completed and financially confirmed service operations.

13.1 Overview

The Acreage dashboard provides a visual representation of spraying coverage trends within the BhuMeet Web Application.
The module presents acreage data using interactive graphs that update automatically when the reporting period changes.
The dashboard includes the following analytical views.

Analytical View Description
Total Acreage Displays the overall acreage trend for the selected time period
Pilot Acreage Shows acreage completed by individual pilots
Location Acreage Displays acreage distribution across service locations
Crop Acreage Shows acreage coverage by crop type
Drone Acreage Displays acreage completed by individual drones or drone models

These analytical views allow administrators to evaluate operational performance and understand how spraying coverage varies across operational parameters.

13.2 Accessing the Acreage Page

Follow these steps to open the Acreage analytics dashboard.

  1. Log in to the BhuMeet Web Application.
  2. From the left navigation panel, click Acreage.
  3. The Acreage dashboard

The system loads the Acreage analytics page and displays all available charts.

13.3 Global Time Filters

The Acreage dashboard includes global time filters that control the reporting period used for all charts displayed on the page.

When a time filter is selected, all graphs update simultaneously to reflect acreage data for the selected period.

Available filters include:

  • Today
  • This Week
  • This Month
  • This Year

By default, the Today filter is applied when the Acreage page loads.

Selecting a different filter refreshes all analytics graphs automatically.

X-Axis Behavior Based on Time Filter

The horizontal axis of the charts adjusts automatically depending on the selected time filter.
Filter X-Axis Interval
Today Hourly intervals
This Week Daily intervals
This Month Daily intervals
This Year Monthly intervals

This adaptive scaling allows users to analyze both short-term operational activity and long-term coverage trends.

13.4 Dashboard Metrics

At the top of the Acreage dashboard, the system displays the Total Acreage metric representing the total spraying coverage completed during the selected reporting period.

Example display:

Total Acreage – 125.00 Acres

This value updates automatically when the time filter changes.

The Total Acreage metric provides a quick overview of operational coverage within the selected time range.

13.5 Trend Graphs

The Acreage dashboard presents spraying coverage data using line charts that visualize acreage trends over time.

Each chart represents acreage completed during the selected time period and adjusts dynamically when filters change.

Key characteristics of the charts include:

  • Time-based trend visualization
  • Line graph representation
  • Dynamic refresh when filters change
  • Optional zoom for detailed inspection

These charts help administrators observe patterns in operational coverage and identify variations in spraying activity across time periods.

13.6 Analytical Views

The Acreage dashboard includes multiple analytical views that allow users to analyze spraying coverage across different operational dimensions.

Total Acreage Trend

The Total Acreage Trend chart displays the overall acreage completed during the selected reporting period.

This chart provides a high-level overview of operational activity and helps users understand how total spraying coverage changes over time.

Pilot Acreage

The Pilot Acreage chart shows acreage completed by individual pilots.

Users can select a specific pilot using the Pilot dropdown filter to analyze acreage completed by that pilot.

This analysis helps administrators evaluate pilot productivity and workload distribution.

Location Acreage

The Location Acreage chart displays acreage distribution across service locations.

Users can select a location from the Location dropdown filter to analyze spraying coverage within that geographic area.

This view helps identify regions with higher operational demand.

Crop Acreage

The Crop Acreage chart shows acreage completed for different crop types.

Users can select a crop using the Crop dropdown filter to analyze acreage coverage for that crop.

This analysis helps understand crop-wise spraying demand patterns.

Drone Acreage

The Drone Acreage chart displays acreage completed using specific drones.

Users can refine the analysis using the following filters.

  • Drone Model
  • Drone ID

These filters allow administrators to analyze operational utilization of individual drones and drone models.

13.7 Interactive Features

The Acreage dashboard includes several interactive capabilities that support flexible operational analysis.

Feature

Description

Global Time Filters

Changes the reporting period for all charts simultaneously

Zoom

Enlarges the selected chart for detailed viewing

Dropdown Filters

Allows filtering by pilot, location, crop, or drone

Dynamic Refresh

Charts automatically update when filters change

These interactive controls allow administrators to explore operational trends efficiently without leaving the analytics dashboard.

13.8 Data Scope and Calculation Rules

The Acreage analytics module calculates spraying coverage using Paid Orders only.

This rule ensures that the analytics represent completed and financially confirmed service operations.

Orders that are:

  • Cancelled
  • Pending
  • Completed but not paid

are not included in acreage calculations.

This approach ensures consistency between operational analytics and financial records within the BhuMeet platform.

13.9 Summary

The Acreage module provides Drone Service Providers with a clear view of spraying coverage trends across their operations.
By combining time-based analytics with multiple operational views, the dashboard allows users to monitor acreage performance, evaluate pilot productivity, analyze crop and location demand, and review drone utilization.
The interactive analytics provided by the Acreage module support better operational planning and enable data-driven decision making within the BhuMeet platform.
