5. Providers

The Providers section allows you to find and connect with drone spraying service providers near your farm. You can search by name, location, or filter based on distance to ensure you get spraying services from trusted providers closest to your fields.

5.1 Accessing Providers

  1. Tap Providers from the bottom navigation menu.
  2. The Providers screen opens, showing a list of available spraying service providers within a default 90 km radius of your selected location.

5.2 Providers List

Each provider entry includes:

  • Provider Name
  • Rating (out of 5 stars)
  • Distance from your current location (in km)
  • Address

Additional Information Shown

Along with the provider name, rating, distance, and address, you may also see a Note by DSP displayed directly under the provider name.

  • This note is written by the service provider to share important updates, offers, or service highlights (e.g., “Flat 10% Discount”).
  • Farmers can quickly review these notes to understand special conditions or promotions before booking.

Tip: Tap a provider to begin booking a spraying service order.

5.3 Searching for Providers

You can use the search bar to find spraying service providers.

  1. Tap inside the search bar at the top of the Providers screen.
  2. Enter the provider name or location.
  3. Matching providers are displayed instantly, along with the number of results (e.g., “1 result for sah”).

5.4 Filtering Providers by Distance

The app shows providers within 90 km by default. You can narrow or expand this radius using the Filter option.

  1. Tap the Filter icon (top-right).

2. The Filter dialog appears with a slider.

3. Move the slider to adjust distance (up to a maximum of 90 km).
4. Tap Apply to confirm.
5. The updated distance is displayed on the Providers screen (e.g., Within 70 km).

Note: To reset to the default range, tap ❌ on the Within [x] km label.

5.5 Selecting a Provider

Select Provider to Book Order

  1. Scroll through the list of available providers.
  2. Review each provider’s details:
    • Provider Name
    • Rating (stars)
    • Distance from your location
    • Address
    • Note by DSP (if available)
  3. Tap on your preferred provider to proceed with booking.
💡 Tip: Not all providers add a note. When available, it is shown below the provider name and can be useful for spotting discounts, new services, or important advisories.
⚠️ Warning: Always check the rating and distance of the provider before booking, to ensure timely and quality spraying service.

You will be redirected to the booking flow to place a spraying order (explained in Chapter 6 – Orders).
