With this module, you can:
- Place a new spraying order.
- View complete order details and charges.
- Edit or Cancel an order before a provider accepts/starts processing it.
- Track real-time order status through a timeline.
- Filter and search past orders for quick access.
Note : You can start an order from Home → Book Now (quick start) or by first choosing a provider via Providers (then proceed to the same order form).
6.1 Creating a New Order
Follow these steps to create a spraying order.
1. Start a new order
- From Home, tap Book Now. (Alternative: Providers → select a provider.)
- The order form opens at Tell us your address.
2. Tell us your address
- Type your farm’s address in the field and select the correct suggestion.
- The selected address is filled into the field and set as the spraying location.
⚠️ Warning: Provide the exact field/farm address. Wrong addresses can cause delays or failed service.
3. Tell us about your spraying need
- Tap on Acre or of Tanks.
- The next screen updates to ask for acres or tanks accordingly.
Info: Pick Acre for large fields; pick Tanks for small plots or row-based work.
4. Specify quantity
- If Acre, enter the number of acres.
- If Tanks, enter the number of tanks.
The value is accepted; running charges are calculated for the next step.
Note : Charges are calculated per acre or per tank based on your selection.
5. Select spraying date
Tap the calendar, pick your spraying date, and confirm.
The chosen date appears on the form summary.
⚠️ Warning : Book well in advance to ensure provider/pilot availability.
6. Select agrochemical
Choose an Agrochemical from the list (e.g., Pesticide, Insecticide, Growth Promoter) or tap Other and type the name.
Your selection (or typed value) appears in the order summary.
⚠️ Warning : Confirm the chemical name/type with your agronomist or supplier. Incorrect selection may damage crops.
7. Select crop
Tap your crop name from the list (e.g., Barley, Cotton, Onion).
The chosen crop is highlighted and added to the order details.
Note : Correct crop selection helps set the right dosage and spraying parameters.
8. Review charges
Review the Charges section and tap View Bill in Detail to expand the breakdown.
A detailed bill opens (e.g., 25 acres × ₹… per acre).
Info : Any applicable subsidy/adjustment is included automatically in the final payable amount.
