4. Planner
The Planner module provides a calendar-based view of service orders.
It helps Drone Service Providers (DSPs to:)
- View work scheduled for today or any selected date.
- Check how many orders are planned for that date.
- Open and manage individual orders.
The Planner is intended for daily planning and monitoring.
Order creation is not supported from this module.
4.1 Access Planner
Steps to access the Planner:
- Open the BhuMeet DSP Mobile Application.
- Tap Planner from the bottom navigation bar.
The Planner screen opens with the current month visible and today’s date selected by default.
4.2 Planner Screen
The Planner screen is organized from top to bottom in the following order:
- Header
- Calendar
- Total Orders count
- Orders list
This structure reflects how users typically review daily schedules.
4.3 Header
The header appears at the top of the Planner screen.
Displayed elements:
- Screen title: Planner
- Back arrow to return to the previous screen
Behavior:
- The header remains fixed while scrolling.
- No filters or configuration options are available in this section.
4.4 Calendar and Date Selection
The calendar is the primary navigation control in the Planner.
Calendar behavior:
- Displays the selected month and year.
- Left (<) and right (>) arrows allow navigation between months.
- Dates with one or more orders are marked with a blue dot.
- The selected date is highlighted.
- Today’s date is selected automatically on first load.
Empty state:
- If no orders exist for the selected date or month, the message
“No orders right now!” is displayed below the calendar.
4.5 Total Orders for Selected Date
Below the calendar, the total number of orders scheduled for the selected date is displayed.
Display format:
- Total Orders (<count>)
Behavior:
- The count updates automatically when a different date is selected.
- Displays 0 if no orders exist for that date.
4.6 Orders List
All orders scheduled for the selected date are displayed as cards.
Each order card shows:
- Customer name
- Order number
- Area (for example, 00 Acre)
- Service location
- Scheduled service date
- Order status
- Pilot allocation status
Pilot allocation states:
- Waiting for pilot allocation
- Assigned to <Pilot Name>
- Assigned to me (when DSP is also acting as pilot)
4.7 Opening an Order from Planner
To view detailed information for an order:
Steps:
- Tap View on order card from the Orders list.
- The Order Details screen opens.
The Order Details screen displays complete order information, including crop, pricing, pilot details, and service history.
4.8 Managing an Order
All order management actions are performed from the Order Details screen.
Steps:
- Open an order from the Planner.
- Tap Manage Order at the bottom of the Order Details screen.
- Select the required action.
Available actions (depending on order status and user role):
- Accept
- Assign or Change Pilot
- Put On Hold
- Reschedule
- Cancel
- Mark as Completed
System behavior:
- Actions are saved immediately.
- Updates are reflected across Planner, Orders, and Customers modules.
4.9 Quick Actions from Planner
Some actions are available directly on order cards for faster handling.
Available quick actions:
- Assign Pilot. For accepted or unassigned orders.
- Cancel. For orders not yet executed.
- View. Opens the Order Details screen.
Behavior:
- Action availability depends on order status.
- The Planner refreshes automatically after an action is completed.
4.10 Important Operational Notes
- Orders cannot be created from the Planner.
- Planner displays orders based on the scheduled service date, not the order creation date.
- Status labels on order cards are informational only.
- All changes are synchronized in real time across the application.
